Mud Running

To the trail!

We had just arrived at the trail in this picture. I was very excited to get hiking as soon as possible, but the big people were dragging their feet!

(Rain + Trail) + Aleric = Muddy Boy
We had barely begun the hike when I discovered large puddles of water... with mud at the bottom. At first Mommy fought my urges to run through them and tried to get me to around them. As the above image clearly shows... I won.

I'm Ready for my Closeup

I Have Poo!!
Lucky for me, there is a handy potty at the base of the trail!

Wait, You Want Me To Go In There?
So I noticed soon after walking up to the door, that it didn't smell very friendly. I wasn't so sure that I should go potty in there.

Here I am at the end of the hike. My legs are muddy and my eyes are gleaming from all of the fun I had running up and down the trail for an hour. Round trip is about 2 miles and I ran through each and every one of the 354 puddles on the way... twice.

Me and My Mommy!

Mommy and I are pineapples!

We had visitors last week and did a lot while they were here. My favorite thing we did was when we went to the Dole Pineapple factory. I liked it so much because I got to ride a train for 20 minutes and eat pineapple. I bet you can guess which part was my favorite. The picture with me smiling really big is when I'm on the train. I really love trains, or as they should be known "Woo Woos"

Cars

I got to watch my favorite movie about vrooms today. I know they're called cars, but it's way more fun to call them vrOOOMmms. You should try it some time.

A "Fun" Day

I love trains, I especially love the sound they make. Tonight when we went to the mall I spotted these GIGANTIC insects and a me sized train! That must be just about the coolest combination of random things I have ever seen in my life! First though, we went to the giant bounce house place. I got to run around and bounce as much as I wanted! All of the other kids were really nice too. This one you see in the video below was my favorite bounce house. I love how fast I went when I came down the slide!

So after the bounce place, Mommy went and got massage, whatever that is, it sounded pretty boring. While Mommy was getting a massage, Daddy took me back to the train and bought me a ticket. He let me hold it but we had to wait 20 MINUTES!!!! I thought I was going to explode if I didn't get to ride the train quick and just when I thought the pressure of waiting was going to turn me into a cloud of dust, they opened the gate and let me get into the train. First Daddy strapped me in and then he went outside the gate so I could enjoy the ride by myself. I figured out that the more I made train noises, the faster it went! So you can bet that I made a lot of train noises. I even got some of the other kids and the driver lady to make them with me. I must say, this was a good day.

New Clothes

My GGma sent me a set of clothes today, they fit really well and Mommy and Daddy think they look really good on me. All I know is that all the little ladies were wanting to hang out with me at the bounce house tonight, do you think it's because I look so good? On the subject of looks, I went to the barber with Daddy today but there were about 45 people waiting already so we decided to go early this weekend. Daddy keeps telling me I have a beetle's hair style. I don't even know what that means...

Helping Sister Walk

Lately I've been helping sister learn to walk as much as possible. She is doing pretty good and you can see her standing and trying to take a step in this one.

Mommy was trying to get a picture of sister but I decided to steal the shot.
The blur in the background of this shot is actually my sister. We caught in the middle of a Kryptonian burst... At least that's what Daddy said.

Fun With the Bella

I went to the park the other night to hang out with my best friend Bella. We were playing around with some slightly larger boy who told me he was 4. He liked to tell us what to do but we were just there to have fun so we hung out together on the slide a lot.

In this one I was moving so fast that the camera shutter couldn't get a clear shot. I was just a blur.

My Intelligence Self Evident

This is an A, I drew it the other day when I found an unattended pen on the back of the counter. All I had to to get it was push a chair over to the counter, climb on top and reach to grab it. Then I made a mad dash to the toy room before anyone could notice.
This one may not be as clear but I found B (my favorite letter by the way) to be a little bit more complicated. I had to practice this one a lot to get it right. B says Buh by the way, and Baby starts with it, trucks say Buh buh buh buh and I call airplanes BuhBuhs because of the sound they make when they fly over head. Logically I call Helicopters Helebuhbuhs right?

And this one is very clear what it is, at least to me. I like it because my favorite animals start with it, like Duck, and Doggy.

Daddy's Cover

I snagged Daddy's hat when he got home the other day. I wore it around for a while and everyone thought that it was very funny. I like how people respect me when I'm wearing it. When I asked for juice I got it way faster than normal.

Racing the Sister

Sister was so nervous when I asked her to race me in the kitchen. She kept thinking we would get caught... She was right about that but since nothing happened I guess I was right because I told her that everything would be just fine and it was. Mommy and Daddy were laughing so much that they let us off with a warning. I love to hang out with sister. She is really fun except for when she gets tired because then we have to go take a nap. I'm never tired though. I run on sunshine and my batteries are large enough to keep me going through the night. I only sleep so Mommy and Daddy get to rest too. I wish they didn't have to sleep, it makes night time really boring. Wait, that's not what this post is supposed to be about... Oh well.
